From an ageing roof to a durable new structure
The existing tiles were carefully removed and the underlying roof structure was inspected. New water-resistant roofing membrane, counter battens and tile battens were then installed. Both sides of the roof were retiled with dark roof tiles, and the connections around roof windows, penetrations and edges were carefully finished.

The roof has a fresh, tidy appearance and a reliable structure that will protect the home from rain and wind for years to come.
